Fridays 5:30-7:00 pm (ongoing all levels dance class, walk-ins welcome)
TransformOtion is a system of developing all levels of one's being. We address the physical, mental, emotional, and engergetic bodies, activating and integration all aspects of a person. This creates a deep feeling of wholeness, richness, and radiant self-empowerment.

The dance class structure is improvisation-based and empowers the dancers to explore their range of power and complexity. TransformOtion methodology intelligently fuses European and contemporary dance technique, energy healing from Hindu tradition and traditional Chinese medicine, visualization, breathwork, and more.

Michael Garber has been teaching, performing, and choreographing professionally, nationally and internationally, for over a decade. He has taught in universities and academies in the US and abroad. He worked and studied as a dancer for five years in NYC and attended the University of Utah for modern dance. Michael is a certified Reiki master, quantam healing hypnotist, and yoga instructor. His life's work is supported by his desire to empower people in their path of awakening and his passion to DANCE!
